Wyoming

We arrived in Cheyenne late in the afternoon. After playing hide and seek with a massive rain storm, it finally caught up to us once we reached the city limits. We dodged rain drops and snow piles on the ground to get inside. The interior of the building is a taxidermist’s show place featuring a full grown stuffed bison. The carved oak staircases were impressive, but my favorite part was the stained glass ceilings in both the house and senate chambers. I am not really sure how to describe the pattern, but I just thought it was neat that they had the “Great Seal” in the middle. A very nice touch.
