New York

From the Baseball Hall of Fame we headed to Albany. This was a very different type capitol building. It was more or less an office building. We kept looking for “capitol type” landmarks inside the building, but we managed to ask someone for help. We were directed to the “million dollar” staircase. It was a grand staircase to be sure, but I would not have paid a million dollars for it. Disappointed, we headed outside to take some photos of the outside of the building. Someone was kind enough to place a Yankees baseball hat on a statue of George Washington to entertain us. New Yorkers are funny. The most exciting thing was seeing a building in flames on our way out of the city. Chris got a lot of great shots.
